Winter Wonder Volunteer Signup

Help make Winter Wonder a great experience for our students by signing up to serve!

In this registration, you will find a variety of ways you can serve. From setup to helping run the day. Please select a day/ days you're able to serve and once all registrations are complete we will get everyone in the right position!

This year our meals will be catered so we can focus more on service and student engagement. Everyone will have a duty list before the day of so you'll know where to be and when!

Lunch Team- (Saturday) Helps prepare and serve lunch
Dinner Team- (Saturday) Helps prepare and serve dinner
Plex Decoration- (Friday) Helps decorate the Plex for the week leading up to the event
Event Setup- (Friday) Helps with any of the final setup on Friday, December 6th
Check Ins- (Saturday) Helps make sure the check-in process runs smoothly the morning of
Game Leaders- (Saturday) Helps setup and run games throughout the event
Production- (Saturday) Runs slides and sound cues during their shift
Cleanup- (Saturday/Sunday) Helps reset the Plex at the end of the night
Pancake Pros- (Sunday) Helps setup, cook, serve, and clean the pancake breakfast the next morning!
Flex Volunteer- Helps fill in gaps wherever needed!

***Scholarship A Student- We do as much as we can to make sure each student can come- regardless of what families can afford, however, any extra help is a blessing!
