Service Opportunity!

We're recruiting volunteers to help with the Skyline Community Picnic & Easter Egg Hunt taking place Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 11:30 am-1:00 pm. We are hosting this picnic for the neighbors of Skyline Mobile Home Estates. We hope you can join us to show Christ's love to this community!

Volunteer opportunities:

• Food Tables
• Grill pick-up & drop-off at Northwood (Need to lift heavy grill & 1 person needs a truck)
• Games - Volleyball, corn hole, soccer & football
• Greeters (Spanish bilingual helpful but not required)
• Additional Help
• Dessert Donation needed for Cakewalk activity (Store-bought or homemade: cake, dozen or more cookies, pie, etc.) 
  • Those participating in the Dessert Donation role are not required to attend the Picnic
• Easter Egg Hunt - set up eggs & crowd control (this only happens at the end, so can sign-up for another job in the beginning if you want)
• Set-up (Begins at 10:30 am) and/or Clean-up (From 1-1:45 pm) 
  • You will be asked if you're available to set-up or clean-up after you register for one of the above-mentioned role

Volunteers with kids: This is a great opportunity for families with children to volunteer together! As part of this event, we will have an Easter Egg Hunt for the community children. If your children would like to participate in the hunt, we ask that you provide a dozen filled Easter eggs in an egg carton for each participating child. This way we can ensure that we have enough eggs for both the neighborhood and volunteer's children. Thank you for your participation and understanding!
